Le Chapeau Chateau:
In Uptown. Styled like a miniature (1-shop) medieval castle,
but run-down now outside and tagged with graffiti. Mannequins crowding the
space, used to promote sale items, all have cheesy big smiles and are posed
evocatively, garbed in outrageous combinations of outfits that all feature
extravagant headwear. Wide range of quality from cheap to top-tier.
